JOB SUMMARY:
Operational Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our fast growing company is seeking an Operational Manager that can work at Head Office based in Kempton Park and also will be responsible for the following duties briefly described:

To manage operations internally with managers and to make sure all work related matters in this scope is done accordingly and communicated back to each Manager
To take accountability and be consistent in all areas.
Need to know how to plan, and communicate and run day to day operations and assist the management with daily follow ups and work.
To go to the mines twice a month to get all invoicing and paperwork in order.
This candidate are expected to communicate well and speak fluently Afrikaans and English.
Need to have expereince in the mine indursty will be a bonus.
Need to have experience of previous operational management position.
Need to be able to drive and have a valid drivers license.
Need to be technical in asissting and also analetical in keeping records and submitting outcomes of matters in operations.
Need to have a diploma in management and also any technical evidence will be considered.

There is company benefits for the position. Salary will range as per experience and qualifications anything from R20 000- R40 000 will be negotiable
