Office location : Parktown Position : National Head –Administration Reporting to : Executive General Manager Pension fund administration managers require excellent leadership, management and analytical skills to ensure that pension funds are administered efficiently

POSITION INFO:

Purpose:

To manage and lead multiple branches within the company that provide retirement fund administration services to various types of funds, including defined benefit and defined contribution funds, funds offering member investment choice and life stages, large industry umbrella funds and standalone funds. Oversee the management of business processes, to be overall responsible for all deliverables to all clients and all stakeholders.

Manage the productivity /Operations of each branch

Manage the finance of each branch to consistently reduce costs of administration

Implementation of Human Resources strategy

Manage Customer/Stakeholder Relationships

Adhere to Fund Administration Services Processes and Procedures

Consistently exceed the service standards contained in each clients Service Level Agreement

Bring about innovation to enhance the administration service delivery

Qualifications and Experience

Matric

A degree/diploma (Relevant to the Retirement Funds Industry) or equivalent NQF level 7 qualification

RE5 Examination

Minimum 10 years’ experience in Retirement Fund administration management experience at a senior level, managing multiple teams administering various types of retirement funds
