POSITION INFO:
Key Requirements Qualified CA(SA) 3-5 years post-articles experience Strong operational and commercial finance exposure Experience within one or more of the following sectors: Construction Industrial Renewable Energy Solar Projects Engineering or Infrastructure projects Proven experience partnering with operational teams and project managers Strong business acumen with the ability to translate financial data into strategic insights Advanced financial modelling, forecasting, and budgeting skills Excellent stakeholder management and leadership capabilities Responsibilities Drive financial performance across operational business units and projects Partner with project managers and operational leadership to improve profitability and efficiency Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes Analyse project costs, margins, and commercial risks Support strategic decision-making through accurate financial reporting and business insights Monitor project performance against budgets and forecasts Ensure strong financial controls, governance, and compliance Contribute to process improvements and operational excellence initiatives Ideal Candidate We are looking for a commercially focused CA(SA) who enjoys being close to the business, understands project-based environments, and can confidently engage with both finance and operational stakeholders.
