SUMMARY:
Staff Connection is looking for a Tech-Savvy Operations & Systems Manager for a hospitality tailored organisation in the Western Cape region.

POSITION INFO:

The Tech-Savvy Operations & Systems Manager will lead daily operations, drive system optimisation, and support business growth.

The successful candidate will scale the business, manage a small team, and implement tech tools that streamline bookings, guest services, and backend processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations: bookings, guest experience, property management
Lead and mentor a small, high-performing team
Audit, implement, and optimise systems (CRM, Guesty, Zapier, Google Analytics, etc.)
Manage SOPs, reporting, and performance tracking
Support budgeting and financial processes
Maintain client and partner relationships

Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in Hospitality | Travel & Tourism
5-8 years' experience in Operations & Systems management within the hospitality/property/travel sectors
Strong technical skills across CRMs, automation tools, and analytics
Maintaining SOP's
Financial acumen including reporting, budgeting & forecasting
Contractually knowledgeable and skilled with negotiations
Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication abilities
Familiarity with Guesty, WordPress, Notion, Google Workspace, or Xero is a plus
Passion for luxury travel and service excellence
