POSITION INFO:
As an Operations Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between finance and day-to-day business operations. You will be responsible for analysing operational performance, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making through insightful financial analysis. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with operational teams, improve financial processes, and contribute to the efficiency of a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyse operational financial reports to support management decision-making
Monitor and evaluate operational costs, budgets, and performance metrics
Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards
Partner with operational departments to improve financial efficiency and cost control
Analyse business performance and provide strategic financial insights

Job Experience and Skills Required:

BCom Degree (Accounting or a related field)
Strong operational background with proven experience in business operations
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
