An exciting opportunity is available for an Operations Accountant who enjoys being involved in the operational side of the business rather than purely transactional accounting. This role offers exposure to business operations, financial analysis, reporting, and process improvement within a dynamic environment.

You will work closely with operational teams to improve efficiencies, support decision-making, and drive business performance. This role is ideal for someone commercially minded, proactive, and operationally inclined.

Key Responsibilities:

Support operational finance and business processes
Prepare management reports and financial analyses
Monitor operational costs and performance trends
Assist with budgeting and forecasting
Drive process improvements and efficiencies

Job Experience and Skills Required:
Education:

BCom Degree
National Diploma considered for strong candidates

Experience:

Relevant accounting and operational finance exposure
Experience working closely with business operations advantageous
