Responsibilities

Plan, organise, control, monitor, report on truck status
Measure against set KPIs - push, follow up, escalate where necessary
System updates
Ensure Vehicle and Trip documentation is accurate and complete
Driver Management i.e. Documents, Discipline, Leave Planning, Bonuses, etc.
Report compilation

Requirements

Matric (Grade 12)
Own Transport
Industry-related experience
Computer Literate
Good systems skills
Effective communication and people skills
Good time-management skills
Strong administrative skills
Strong attention to detail
Must be able to work well under pressure
Must be willing to work shifts, overtime
