Operations Associate (Private Wealth)

Great opportunity to join a team as an Operations Associate at a boutique, high net worth, private wealth company. 

This role requires a a high level of attention to detail and people skills to maintain and cultivate strong client relationships and deliver the highest level of service. A keen interest in investments and wealth management would be ideal. 

This role is based in Cape Town. 

Key job functions, duties and responsibilities:

• Administrative Support in relation to client meetings (preparing documents; note taking; scheduling)
• Operational Support: liaising with vendors / asset managers / clients / operations team to ensure tasks are completed. 
• Compliance: managing & maintaining integrity of all client documentation & files. 
• Client Liaison: interacting with clients and handling administration of client portfolio changes.  

Required skills and personal attributes: 

• Business degree: B.Com/B.Bus.Sci
• Progress towards CFA/CFP beneficial.
• 1-4 years experience in Financial Services, in particular with FAIS
• Commitment to client service
• Highly analytical
• Attention to detail
• Excellent organisational & communication skills
