3+ years of the full project life cycle
Relevant IT / Business Degree

Skills and Experience:

Knowledge of Project Lifecycle (ITPM) and Agile Working Model - advantageous
Knowledge of JIRA Confluence - advantageous
Must be able to work independently
Strong Problem-Solving Skills and Presentation skills
Great organizing skills and deadline driven
Ability to take initiative and operate within highly stressful environment
Delivering operations IT support services
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
Provide general assistance to the Operations team and end users
Adhere to the PIC processes (Problem, Incident Change Management
Perform daily operations tasks and end user support
Creation of pertinent test documentation
Enable end user knowledge transfer and training
Work closely with other functional consultants, developers, product owners and various global stakeholders in a bigger feature team

OPS Advanced Training
OPS Basic Training
Problem Management (PM)
Release Planning
Start Up Management (SUM)
System Monitoring
Technical Continuity Management (TCM)
Responsible for making sure that the department complies to the governance standards from AWM perspective
Making sure that all the relevant documentation required to release a change to an application is completed and stored against an application on Confluence
Knowledge of Project Lifecycle (ITPM) and Agile Working Model - advantageous
Knowledge of JIRA Confluence - advantageous
Must be able to work independently
Strong Problem-Solving Skills and Presentation skills
Great organizing skills and deadline driven
Ability to take initiative and operate within highly stressful environment
