Location: Menlyn (Hybrid)
Contract: 3-Year Renewable (around 8 days in-office per month (subject to manager’s discretion).

POSITION INFO:
What You’ll Be Doing

Plan, document, define, and evaluate technical integration information for major systems and components.
Verify, plan, and execute infrastructure lifecycle and maintenance tasks.
Define and document technology platforms and dependencies across environments.
Continuously improve operational stability and automate platform operations.
Troubleshoot infrastructure, network, and integration issues.
Collaborate with global teams, vendors, and customers — with security as a top priority.
Support Agile ways of working and contribute to Endpoint Management platform improvements.

Essential Skills & Experience

VMWare Workspace One (UEM & Access): Intermediate
Microsoft Intune: Advanced
Strong OS/device expertise (iOS, AOSP, Windows, MacOS, Linux).
Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Zero Trust Framework implementation.
Microsoft stack (AD, Azure AD/EntraID, SCCM, GPO).
Scripting (PowerShell, Bash).
Apple & Android device technologies (enrolment, app notarization).
ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management).
Technical documentation & SOPs.

Qualifications

Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field — or 10+ years IT experience.
Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate.
Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.
Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate.
ITIL Foundation Certification.
