JOB DESCRIPTION:

EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT APPOINTMENT

Our client, a national Property Management Company based out of Cape Town, is currently looking to employ a suitably experienced Operations Executive (director designate).

This is strictly an EE appointment.

Understudy to the Chief Executive Officer, the incumbent will be responsible and accountable for:

Operating in a small Management Team and participating in the Company’s Executive Committee.
Overseeing the property portfolio to ensure it is fit for purpose operationally.
Implementing and monitoring the company’s monthly and annual operations budget.

Requirements:

A tertiary level qualification is required; viz.
- Preferably Law or Engineering,
- An Electrical Engineering qualification an advantage
Ideally 5 to10 years’ Executive Management experience.
Property management experience advantageous.
A practical hands-on operator with an eye for detail and above average interpersonal and negotiation skills.
PC literacy in Microsoft Office.
Must be a SA Citizen.
Must be prepared to relocate to Cape Town.
Domestic travel will be required.
Must have a Valid Drivers Licence
