A well-established Logistics client is looking for an Operations Executive with Breakbulk/tipper/mining environment experience. At least 6 years Road Transport Operations experience at management level

Salary: Market-related with benefits.

Starting date: Immediately / ASAP

Minimum Requirements:

• Appropriate Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
• At least 6 years Road Transport Operations experience at management level
• Have extensive human resource management and business acumen
• Must have high level of communication and ability to interact in this sphere at high level internally and externally
• Must have intimate understanding of financial and statistics
• Analytical
• Project Management skills essential
• Must have a proven track record in managing complex logistical business
• Taking ownership and leading the operational activities of the Company
• Participating in commercial strategy, sales and marketing activities & strong focus and proven record on HSSE / SHEQ
• Working knowledge of relevant IR legislation and NBCRFLI collective agreement
• Report writing and presentation skills
• Computer literacy – experience in working on transport operating systems, Word, PowerPoint, and above-average Excel skills
