• SAGE EVOLUTION will be a plus

• Ability to work independently and in a team

Duties:

• Manage entire finance department
• Manage teams of employees in various departments - ALL levels
• Company training in all departments
• Fixed Assets additions and disposals and depreciation
• Manage and process full HR and Payroll
• FOREX trading and hedging - buying and selling
• All company insurance requirements
• Sales reports
• Budget compile and submit to Auditors
• Expense management on a monthly basis
• Monthly Analytical Reporting
• Manage all Imports and Exports
• Manage and responsible for company stock
• Company policies and procedures
• Monthly management accounts
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Cash Books - multiple
• Cash Flow - local and foreign cashflows
• Stock Take assistance
• Assist Auditors with year end
