Qualifications, Experience and Skills

• Relevant qualification advantageous
• Experience within the luxury retail / white goods sector is essential
• Relevant Supply chain/Health and safety experience
• WMS knowledge essential
• Proven Leadership Skills within a multitasking environment
• Strong Business knowledge, demonstrated success in leading and implementing projects

Key Result Areas

• Oversee all Technical activities (B2B and B2C) in the market
• Manage and drive all key technical reporting according to KPI’s
• Design appropriate solutions for improvement of existing After Sales Service procedures
• Implement and oversee Market recycling program (B2C and B2B)
• Oversee the Central Warehouse operation
• Optimise current WMS system and related workflows
• Implement safety in Warehouse and distribution
• Monitor transport capacity, 3rd party actual performance vs SLA
• Develop with key Departments new distribution services and continuous improvement
• Implementation and maintenance of an approved Quality Management System
• Coordinate Quality and Food Safety
• Organise and monitor gap analysis audits and assessments and draw action
