SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead their manufacturing, logistics, and warehousing functions in Nigel

Purpose of the position:
â Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency and quality compliance
â Manage shipping & logistics to meet customer demand and on-time delivery
â Implement and monitor safety protocols across all operations
â Drive inventory control, warehousing, and procurement processes
â Lead and develop a high-performing team using Lean Manufacturing principles
â Ensure preventive maintenance of production systems for optimal performance

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (or equivalent experience)
5+ years in Production/Operations Management within agriculture/steel industries
Strong knowledge of production planning, CAD, and engineering design
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Experience working in multicultural environments
