Lexdan Select is assisting a business group with their search for an Operations Manager for their payments division, based in Pretoria.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

Managing operational aspects as it relates to the company's payments service offering.
Monitoring service performance and proactively addressing any operational concerns.
Work closely with internal teams to enhance processes.
Analyze operational data and identify trends that need to be addressed.

Requirements:

Completed bachelor's degree.
Minimum 5 years operations experience working in the financial services, or professional services industries.
