SUMMARY:
Our client a premium family entertainment venue is seeking an energetic and hands-on Operations Manager to lead the daily running of the facility.

The ideal candidate will ensure an exceptional guest experience while managing staff, maintaining safety standards, and supporting café, retail, and event operations.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing, cleanliness, and safety
Lead and manage staff across all departments
Handle customer service, feedback, and complaints
Coordinate children’s parties, events, and group bookings
Manage stock, suppliers, and inventory
Support marketing, social media, and community engagement
Monitor sales and operational performance

Requirements:

3+ years’ experience in operations or hospitality management
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Comfortable working weekends
Tech-savvy with POS/booking system experience
Warm, energetic, child-friendly, and calm under pressure
