This is an exciting opportunity for an operationally driven professional who enjoys solving complex problems, improving processes, and bringing structure to fast-moving environments. This is not a traditional payroll role. Instead, you'll own the operational delivery across multiple international territories, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and global partners while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence. About the Role As Operations Manager, you will take ownership of end-to-end operational delivery across a portfolio of international territories. You'll coordinate complex workflows, manage partner relationships, resolve operational challenges, and lead initiatives that improve scalability and efficiency. This is a highly visible individual contributor role with strategic influence. While you won't have direct reports, you'll mentor junior team members, influence operational standards, and help shape a world-class global operations function within a rapidly scaling business.
