Key Responsibilities Oversee daily production, manufacturing, and dispatch operations to achieve production targets. Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards (including HACCP, GMP, and ISO). Manage raw material procurement, inventory control, warehouse operations, and supplier relationships. Take ownership of operational budgets, site profitability, cost control, and continuous improvement initiatives. Lead, mentor, and develop production teams, supervisors, and technical staff to achieve operational excellence.
