Operations Manager

SUMMARY:
A fantastic opportunity has become available with one of our Solution Specialist clients for a multiskilled Operations Manager.

POSITION INFO:

Experience:

• 10 – 15 years’ experience within a Management role where you will be hands on implementing and managing all procedures including but not limited to problem solving, people management, planning, strategies, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee all operations including Supply Chain, Warehousing, Scheduling, Field Services, Onboarding and Contracts
• Implement new strategies and methods for all clients to improve efficiency, profitability, performance, and productivity.
• Manage multiple teams and managers.
• Monitor and plan daily operations within cross-functional departments to ensure smooth progress and ensure that all targets on track.
• Oversee all stock management, procurement processes and resource allocation.
• Manage and review all operational budgets and financial information.
• Responsible for all agreements with external vendors and partners

• Relevant tertiary qualification
