POSITION INFO:

Candidates must be fluent is English & Afrikaans Matric
Completed relevant BCom degree
5 – 7 years of experience
IT Savvy
Proficiency on Ms Office
Ability to manage staff
Procurement
Optimise performance of the operations department
Call centre management
Plan and review work load
Reach targets
IT Management – phones, IT infrastructure, etc)
Administration duties
Feedback to EXCO
Assist with BBBEE compliance
Ensure optimal service delivery
Candidates must be available immediately as this is a 12 month contract position
