POSITION INFO:

A structural solution company is currently sourcing for a Operations Manager in the Kempton Park area

Operations Manager would contribute to the purpose of the business by:

Planning, controlling and managing the Operational people, processes and systems.
Coordinating the fabrication / operational team so as to integrate seamlessly with other departments.
Achieving: On Time, In Full, Always Safely

Minimum Requirements:

Must have experience in the steel fabrication industry and a workshop environment
Minimum 15 years working experience in an operations / fabrication / production environment
Minimum 10 years experience as a production manager in a mid size business
Strong track record of managing successful production teams
Training / Development / Coaching
Performance Management
Good Oral / Written Communication
Planning – Setting production plans in place
