POSITION INFO:

A structural solution company is currently sourcing for a Operations Manager in the Kempton Park area

Operations Manager would contribute to the purpose of the business by:
·       Planning, controlling and managing the Operational people, processes and systems.
·       Coordinating the fabrication / operational team so as to integrate seamlessly with other departments.  
·       Achieving: On Time, In Full, Always Safely

Minimum Requirements:
·       Must have experience in the steel fabrication industry and a workshop environment
·       Minimum 15 years working experience in an operations / fabrication / production environment
·       Minimum 10 years experience as a production manager in a mid size business 
·       Strong track record of managing successful production teams 
·       Training / Development / Coaching 
·       Performance Management 
·       Good Oral / Written Communication 
·       Planning – Setting production plans in place
