Operations Manager

Qualifications:

• Tertiary qualification specialising in Logistics and/or Transport Management is required
• Minimum 5 years’ previous working experience within a similar position at senior and/or managerial level is required
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are highly advantageous

Job description & Skills:

• Managing the entire Logistics function including relating resources for all respective accounts
• Overseeing and managing the performance of business operations
• Engaging with customers and ensuring sound customer and/or client relations
• Maintaining the safe and reliable operation of the fleet and equipment
• Maintaining high service levels within the Finance department
• Providing Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting and presenting
• Assisting with ad hoc duties and/or tasks to provide support for the Finance department
