JOB SUMMARY:
Company based in Randburg is seeking a dynamic and very organised Operations Manager to join their expanding team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Grade 12 essential
Tertiary qualification is an advantage
5 + years’ experience in operations / financial services/ customer service/ reporting
Ability to Identify Trends
Data Processing and Analytics
Analyze and improve organizational processes and workflow
Manage staff levels in a call centre environment
Manage relationships with key stakeholders
Work closely with the management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures, and systems and to follow through with implementation
