JOB SUMMARY:
Our client who operates within the E-Commerce space requires the expertise of a Business / Operations Manager to coordinate and oversee the organization’s day to day management. Your experience in implementing budgets and forecasts, formulating strategy and improving performance will be required.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

REQUIREMENTS

Matric plus relevant qualification
Proven work experience as an Operations Manager
Experience budgeting and forecasting
Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel)
Familiarity with business and financial principles
Excellent communication skills
Leadership ability
Outstanding organisational skills

DUTIES

Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
Purchasing, planning inventory and overseeing warehouse efficiency
Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
Formulate strategic and operational objectives
Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
Manage budgets and forecasts
Perform quality controls and monitor Staff KPIs
Recruit, train and supervise staff
Find ways to increase the quality of customer service
Ensuring all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
Improving operational management systems, processes, and best practices
Help improve the organization’s processes and maintain them
