Location: Atlantis, 20 minutes drive from Melkbosstrand

Salary: R30 000.00 per month, depending on experience and qualifications, 13th cheque, and enrolment in the company''''''''s pension scheme

Job Overview:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the LP gas company, develop and implement operational strategies, manage and lead a diverse team, ensure compliance with laws and regulations, continuously monitor and analyse KPIs, maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, develop and manage budgets, promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.

Qualifications and Skills:

2+ years of experience in operations management, technical knowledge and hands-on experience in the LP gas industry, strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, self-starter with the initiative to identify and act on opportunities for improvement, and commitment to taking ownership and responsibility in their role.
