Run all production and associated functions at the Chemical Production facility.

POSITION INFO:

Operations Manager – Randburg

Permanent position

Salary R60k per month slightly negotiable

Chemical production Company (applicant to preferably come from a chemical production facility or similar)

Must have a minimum of 15 years experience in a Chemical Manufacturing Factory of which 5 must be at Senior Management level managing processes from raw materials to end product, sales, all financial aspects of the company and overseeing logistics.
30 people in the company with 6 direct reports

Person will run the company completely and report to CEO in Australia
Person must understand operations, processes, systems
Must be a leader, relationship builder, driven, dynamic
Must understand production, Dispatch, warehousing etc.

Background in Chemistry or Technical engineering.
