JOB SUMMARY:
On the hunt for a hands-on, phenomenal Head of Operations to run and continue to build a dynamic Data Analytics company with international clients! (Can be fully remote)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key requirements:

10+ years of proven experience in a similar Operations role
Experience in Operational Research, and Data Analytics is essential
Proven track record of identifying and implementing projects/models for assessing and tracking KPIs
Excellent understanding of data analysis tools and processes
Monitor IT infrastructure using IT control tools and real-time reporting systems
Assess system performance and operations
Ability to utilize and improve existing services and infrastructure relevant to the company
Ability to manage relationships with clients at the highest level (C-suite, Operations Heads, Etc)
Ability to execute & manage multiple projects on a daily basis
Understanding of Tableau and Power BI
