SUMMARY:
Looking for an Operations Manager for a tech-centred, people focused food delivery company.

POSITION INFO:

This incumbent would need to have:

Qualification in Engineering, Finance or Business Sciences;

5 years working experience in the ecommerce sector;

Mid Level management experience in ecommerce, consulting, operations management or general management;

Must have managed a team;

Experience with implementing proper reporting lines;

Experience providing operational support and restuarant support

Experience in managing large amounts of data;

Knowledge of analytics software tools and excel

This individual would be responsible for running the daily operations of the team, monitor service levels and order success metrics of the business.
