SUMMARY:
Do you have relevant operations management experience within the Security industry overseeing Client management, managing day to day criteria related to the Security guards functions in line with all Client requirements?

POSITION INFO:

REQUIREMENTS

Matric, relevant qualifications and own transport & drivers license

Minimum 5 years experience in a management role within the Security Industry essential

Excellent staff management & liaison skills

Experience dealing professionally with clients

Bilingual in English and Afrikaans

A confident and assertive team player

PSIRA Grade A registered

DUTIES

Reporting to the Area and Regional Manager

Relationship building and daily liaison with clients in connection with security activities and contractual requirements

Overseeing of staff and ensuring all relevant duties are performed correctly and timeously

Maximising staff performance adhering to company standards

Liaising with Management on all operational matters

Providing the team with a stimulating and supportive environment

Ensure all HR matters are dealt with, as in disciplinaries etc.

Maintaining and increasing all standards of customer and operational services

Driving team performance

Controlling the training and development of your staff

Monthly and weekly reports to be completed timeously for Head Office and Management

Salary: R dependent on experience
