SUMMARY:
Position available for an Ops Manager in Kirkwood area. You will oversee the operations of a packhouse which includes the quality, logistics, HR and packing programs.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements Grade 12 Tertiary qualification preferred At least 7 years experience in fruit industry in a pack house environment (preferably citrus) Knowledge of GlobalGAP, SIZA and Food Safety Â Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee various departments Budgets Conduct performance management for staff Ensure workforce is optimised Adhere to various safety and compliance standards Oversee admin and HR Â This position requires you to work long irregular hours in season.
