OPERATIONS SUPPORT ANALYST Global Tax & Compliance | High-Impact Operations | Career Growth Industry: Global Tax & Compliance Are you a sharp, analytical problem-solver who enjoys getting to the bottom of complex issues? Are you looking for a role where you can combine tax research, operations, project management, and problem-solving while building expertise in a genuinely global environment? This could be your next move. We are looking for an Operations Support Analyst to join a dynamic team supporting complex compliance operations across multiple jurisdictions. This is not simply an administrative support role. You will work across teams, manage compliance cases, conduct global VAT and US Sales Tax research , contribute to business-critical projects, and engage with stakeholders, clients, and tax authorities. WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR Compliance & Case Management Manage a diverse portfolio of VAT and US Sales Tax cases from investigation through to resolution. Research complex and emerging case types and develop practical solutions. Support consulting cases by responding to client-specific requirements. Identify recurring issues and contribute to improved processes, documentation and knowledge sharing. Projects & Business Improvement Lead and deliver projects that improve operational efficiency. Work collaboratively across departments on cross-functional initiatives. Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve the way the business operates. Research & Development Conduct global VAT and US Sales Tax research. Identify trends, investigate recurring issues and develop preventative solutions. Translate research and findings into practical recommendations for internal stakeholders and clients. Problem-Solving & Stakeholder Engagement Tackle complex operational challenges and drive issues through to resolution. Work with internal teams, clients and tax authorities across different regions. Support the development and growth of the wider team. Take ownership of ad-hoc initiatives that have a meaningful impact on the business. WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT? You will initially work through structured onboarding and foundational responsibilities, building your knowledge of systems, processes, VAT, US Sales Tax and operational workflows. As your knowledge and confidence develop, your exposure will grow. You will progressively take ownership of more complex cases, projects and high-impact responsibilities , giving you the opportunity to build a broad and valuable skill set within a global environment.
