Operations manager

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dedicated Operations Manager for our client in Cape Town, South Africa. This full-time role offers a flexible work environment, with a blend of on-site and remote work. You will be working directly under the CEO, assisting in the execution and organization of a range of operational, HR, financial and stakeholder engagement tasks.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations and HR: Oversee daily operations, arrange logistics for meetings and events, handle staff onboarding and contracting, uphold company policies, manage payroll, assist in recruitment and performance management, and respond to HR queries.
2. Stakeholder Engagement: Present at stakeholder meetings, address stakeholder queries, facilitate discussions with various stakeholders to foster organization growth and social impact.
3. Finance: Oversee financial management, input into budgets and forecasts and provide recommendations for process improvements

Requirements:
- A relevant University Degree or Diploma
- 5+ years of experience in Operations & Financial Management (Advantageous)

- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills

This is an URGENT position. Salary ranges between R25000 and R35000 CTC pm, depending on experience and qualifications.
