To be considered for the General Manager/Operations Manager position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
1- Experience Requirement: A minimum of 7 years of proven experience as a General Manager or Operations Manager.
2 - Educational Background: Preferably BCom Accounting or similar but any Bcom will be advantageous. (Non negotiable)
3 -Remuneration: R1 080 000 - R1 800 000 CTC per annum Please ensure that you are within the salary range of

Position Overview:
As the Group Operations/General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success of the organization. You will oversee and manage the daily operations of the company, with a specific focus on manufacturing top-quality trailers and delivering truck solutions, transportation, Logistics and Truck Sales. Your leadership will be instrumental in achieving operational excellence and ensuring our continued growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage our operational teams to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of our daily operations.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute operational strategies in alignment with the company''s growth and financial goals.
- Resource Management: Efficiently allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and vehicles, to meet operational objectives while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure our trailer manufacturing and truck solutions meet the highest standards of quality and customer expectations. Implement quality control measures and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Budget Oversight: Develop and manage operational budgets, closely monitor financial performance, and implement cost control measures.
- Logistics and Distribution: Lead our logistics and distribution teams to optimize transportation routes, warehouse operations, and inventory management, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations, industry standards, and environmental sustainability. Implement safety measures to protect our workforce, assets, and the environment.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor operational performance, identify trends, and make informed, data-driven decisions.
- Customer Focus: Maintain and enhance the highest levels of customer service standards, promptly addressing any operational issues that may impact customer satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience
- Strong background in operations management and process optimization.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- 7+ Years experience as Operations/General Manager
- Bachelor''s degree
Remuneration:
Competitive salary package, ranging from R90,000 to R150 ,000 ctc monthly
