Optimisation engineer

SUMMARY:
Our client in the Telecommunications and Information technology sector based in the Western cape is seeking the services of an experienced Optimisation Engineer to join their team

POSITION INFO:

Job Description:

Responsible and accountable for QoS/QoE in 2G/3G/4G in one region

Handle all optimisationactivities to meet and exceed customer KPIs  targets

Capacity audit and upgrade recommendations

Customer complaints resolution

Submit reports including(specific opt report, event assurance report, customer complain report, ad-hoc report, etc)

Experience & Qualification:

Min 4 years of experience in similar role

Proven Experience in 4G and 3G optimization successful project

4G+ optimization proven experience

MR and Cx data based investigations

Full proficiency in OSS, traces KPIs based investigations

Proficient with RF opt tools(TEMS/NEMO/etc...) 

Problem solver with strong analytical skills
