Organisation Design and Operating Model Expert

POSITION INFO:
We are looking for a highly experienced Organisation Design and Operating Model Expert to support a strategic transformation project. The ideal candidate will operate at a senior consulting level , comparable to a Korn Ferry Principal or above , with strong expertise in organisational diagnostics, organisation design, operating models, process architecture and stakeholder engagement. This is a high-impact opportunity to work closely with senior executives and key stakeholders to assess the current organisational landscape, identify opportunities for improvement, and design a future-state SCM Service and Process Architecture . Key Responsibilities Organisation Diagnostic: Data Collection & Quality Review The successful consultant will be responsible for: Conducting a comprehensive current-state organisational diagnostic. Collating, uploading, cleansing and baselining organisational data within OrgVue . Agreeing assessment criteria with key stakeholders. Conducting organisational analysis using OrgVue. Facilitating stakeholder interviews and workshops with executives, SCM leadership, employees, customers and support functions. Managing up to 10 stakeholder interviews\/workshops . Developing a comprehensive Diagnostic Report . Presenting findings and recommendations to the Steering Committee (SteerCo) . Incorporating stakeholder feedback and finalising the report for sign-off. SCM Service & Process Architecture You will also be responsible for: Agreeing the programmes, processes and functions within the scope of the project. Developing process analysis questionnaires and surveys. Conducting detailed process analyses. Preparing a comprehensive Gap Analysis Report . Designing the future-state SCM Process Architecture and Process Principles , covering Levels 1-3 . Identifying opportunities for: Process simplification Standardisation Automation Differentiated processing pathways Defining process ownership and service accountability. Establishing appropriate key performance measures. Presenting the proposed Service and Process Architecture to the SteerCo for review, feedback and sign-off. What We''re Looking For The ideal candidate will have: Extensive experience in Organisation Design and Operating Model consulting . Senior-level consulting experience, ideally equivalent to Principal level or above . Strong experience conducting organisational diagnostics and developing future-state operating models. Hands-on experience with OrgVue , including data analysis, baselining and organisational modelling. Proven experience designing service and process architectures . Strong Supply Chain Management ( SCM ) process knowledge and experience. Experience conducting process analysis and gap assessments. The ability to engage confidently with executives, senior leadership and diverse stakeholder groups . Excellent workshop facilitation, stakeholder engagement and presentation skills. Experience developing executive-level reports and presenting recommendations to Steering Committees . A strategic mindset combined with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Availability The project is expected to commence within the next week and run for approximately 12 weeks . The total level of effort is expected to be approximately 9 days , with most of the work required during September . Exact project dates are still being finalised.
