To provide credible consulting and project management support within OD and to internal customers, with a focus on the relevant products. A key aspect of the role is to ensure targets are met and appropriate innovation of the product

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • HPCSA Industrial Psychology or other relevant registration

Qualification
  • Minimum Qualification Minimum Registered Psychometrist; Master’s in industrial psychology or other relevant Psychology degree advantageous
  • Minimum Experience Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Psychometrist role; Experience in a corporate environment advantageous
  • SST level Best Practice Level

Key output: consulting
Input/activities
  • Provide robust consulting service to clients to understand their requirements & advise them on the best practice solutions
  • Nurture strong relationships with clients & ensure that regular contact is maintained throughout the project life cycle
  • Cultivate a strong understanding of the client’s environment, needs, restrictions & preferences pertaining to the delivery of projects within their organisation
  • Efficiently acts to resolve problems, queries, and complaints from clients, if required escalate concerns to management
  • Champion appropriate product innovation within the product life cycle
  • Drive the continued development of products with IT changes required for the system
  • Quality control of products & associates

Input/Activities
  • Be alert to opportunities for on selling of services and products which are not part of your function to existing clients
  • Ensure there is a working knowledge of your services in all functions
  • Maintain positive and productive relationships
  • Liaise and cooperate with Marketing to ensure that services are adequately represented inside the brand
  • Present sales pitches services to prospective clients (including tender briefings)
  • Meet agreed upon sales targets within financial quarters
  • Update and maintain accurate client information on Hubspot,
