JOB SUMMARY:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Design and implement the Talent Framework including development, coordination and presentation of training and development programs for all employees.
Design, develop and execute the Talent, Succession and Retention strategy.
Review and update the strategy to ensure continuous improvement in attracting, sourcing and retaining a high-quality workforce.
Assist in the design, packaging, implementation and reporting of appropriate assessment batteries for talent acquisition and development.
Translate / link talent and succession outcomes to learning & development programs to ensure business goals are met.
Develop the Performance Score Card with indicators in line with the Company strategy.
Support HR Business Partners with developing individual performance scorecards with indicators and targets.
Support the management team in the facilitation of culture dialogue within and across teams to enable high performance, collaboration, innovative thinking, strategic dialogue and accountability
In partnership with the Talent Acquisition Manager develop and maintain the talent acquisition process and on-boarding. Employee Engagement and Development
Research technology and best practices to recommend solutions that improve and streamline business processes. Leadership, Management & Supervisory Development
Define, develop, implement and manage a fit for purpose learning and development training for senior leadership middle management and supervisory skills
