A technology drivien business with high performance and entrepreneurial processes are looking for someone who has the following:

- 7-8 years’ experience in HR specializing organisational effectiveness within a complex organization
- Extensive experience in the development and implementation of EVP processes, OD initiatives and interventions; as well as changing organisational Culture
- Experience in supporting more than one business entity at a time
- B degree in Human Resources Management
