Outbound sales (Verification Agent)

 

· The purpose of the Verification agent is to verify all the sales cover policies to the clients made by sales agent. Make sure all the policies are captured and submitted

· We are looking for energetic verification agents to meet all daily target in verification

· Verification agents are responsible for identifying sales opportunities for insurance plans (Device cover) and overseeing a portfolio of clients, these professionals are responsible for identifying risk management strategies.

· Regularly interact with the reporting leader/management to understand the business requirements and goal.

· Effectively utilize industry software and technology to improve the customer experience.

· Identify any fraudulent activities and report to the line management with immediate effect

· Participate in training and seek opportunities to improve operations

· Emotional intelligence. This includes the ability to listen and empathize with agent on a deeper level in order to discern what it is really required. A good Verification agent is tactful and knows how to help a business see financial reality clearly, and be focus minded

Requirement

· Minimum matric or NQF equivalent

· Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous

Experience

· No less than 1 year Call Centre sales agent experience in an Outbound environment or customer care. Attend to inbound and outbound calls.
