PA & MEDICAL PRACTICE ASSISTANT | RANDBURG | JOHANNESBURG

Excellent Personal Assistant required for a Medical Professional at a Mental Health Facility in Randburg.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced, meticulous and highly competent, and efficient Assistant with excellent verbal and written comprehension and language skills in English.

You need to be highly organized and must have the ability to grasp concepts quickly. This role is in a high-pressure environment and you will work with a Dr with high expectations.

You must be friendly, caring and an individual who has a lot of empathy as you will be working with mental health patients.

• Assist Doctor as needed
• Welcome and attend to patients
• Submission of outpatients at the clinic
• Submission of Medical Claims
• Reception Duties (Excellent communication and Telephone etiquette essential)
• Ample Administrative Duties & more
• Emails (excellent written skills needed)

Requirements:

• Matic or equivalent
• Relevant Qualifications
• Must be available immediately for interviews and training (Starting date 3 Oct 2022)
• Own Reliable transportation
• Computer Literate as this is a paperless environment
• Healthbridge or similar billing software experience and OneDrive experience will be an advantage
• Outlook/Emails
• Highly Organised & Meticulous
• All-round excellent communication and writing skills are essential.
• Must be able to function well in a structured and organized environment adhering to all policies, procedures, and protocols.

Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30 am to 5 pm.

Starting gross salary: R15k/month (CTC)
