SUMMARY:
Junior Medical Secretary | Medical Practice
We are looking for a polished and professional Junior Medical Secretary to join a busy and well-established medical practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

At least 2 years’ experience in a medical practice
Experience on Elixir (non-negotiable)
Strong computer literacy and administrative skills
Fluent in English and Afrikaans (verbal and written)
Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle

Key Responsibilities:

Patient bookings and diary management
Handling patient queries and communication
Processing medical accounts and claims
General administrative and reception duties
Maintaining accurate patient records on Elixir

Personal Attributes:

Professional, well-presented, and empathetic
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Excellent communication and organisational skills
