SM 18346 - SENIOR ESTIMATOR- CIVIL

You will be tasked with:

• Overall completion of tenders, including co-ordination of tender deliverables, procurement and submissions.
• Supervising tender department and pricing all variations, site instructions & compensation events.
• Compiling take-offs in CCS Candy software and overseeing junior QS take offs.
• Compiling Standard Systems BOQ from Candy QTO take-offs.
• Understand and read contractual requirements of all tenders.
• Writing and planning full Project schedules for construction teams on CCS Candy.
• Complete all commercial documentation to comply with clients’ needs.
• Ensure site personnel are provided with proper documentation related to projects.
• Formulate cost break down from estimates and for project progress.
• Managing Sub-contractor payment certificates and confirming completed work with project managers.
