PA/ Receptionist

POSITION INFO:
The purpose of PA and Receptionist is to be responsible for organizing and coordinating office
operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency

Minimum requirements:

• Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages.
• Direct company guest and suppliers to the appropriate staff members.
• Maintain a general filing system and file correspondence.
• Assist in preparation of meetings, conferences and telecoms.
• Provide word processing and secretarial support.
• Making business travel arrangements for directors and staff.
• Maintain adequate inventory office supplies.
• Maintain company car logbook.
• Supervise the cleaner and driver on their daily duties and responsibilities.
• Liaise with vendors related to office admin duties (e.g. Vodacom to issue out company cellphone(s) to staff members with such benefit(s)).
• Liaise with travel agents and Visa agents on International travels and Visa’s for Directors.
• Maintain records of all office equipment’s.
• Assist the director and senior staff members with all secretarial work.
• Communicate on international level with potential clients.
