PA to CEO (Automotive - Centurion)

POSITION INFO:

Matric
Bachelor of Business Administration (Desirable)
First line management Programs
10 years + experience in an Executive C-Suite role

Duties:

Manage CEOs demanding shedule with numerous meetings, travel commitments and deadlines

Manage their daily activities, optimising their time and enhancing their effectiveness as a leader.

Serve as a gatekeeper for the CEO, screeen and manage incoming and outgoing communication.

Antipate and address challenges and obstacles proactively, finding solutions and ensuring that the CEOs priorities are effectively met.

Liason and communication coordination between the CEO and the board, internal teams, external partners, investors and board members.

Budget management

Travel arrangements (Accompany CEO when requested)

Office & Admin management

Data and document management

MUST have a vibrant personality and be well presented.
