Job Title: Personal Assistant
Location: Gauteng
Reporting To: Managing Director (MD)
Job Purpose:
To provide proactive, high-level administrative and strategic support to the MD, acting as a trusted gatekeeper and liaison, ensuring smooth operations, effective communication, and the execution of key priorities including office management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diary & Schedule Management: Maintain and optimise the executive’s calendar, prioritising conflicting appointments, and ensuring time is effectively managed.
- Correspondence & Communication: Screen, draft, and manage emails, calls, and other communications.
- Meeting & Event Coordination: Plan, organise, and coordinate internal and external meetings, board meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
- Travel & Logistics: Arrange complex domestic itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and meeting logistics.
- Task Management: Assist to track deadlines, and follow up to ensure completion.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare reports, presentations, briefing notes, and confidential documents for executive review.
- Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive information with the highest level of integrity and confidentiality.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5–8 years’ experience as a PA/Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives.
- Proven experience managing complex diaries, meetings, and projects at a senior level.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with project management tools is an advantage.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational, prioritisation, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence.

Working Hours:
