Job Description

Your duties will encompass:

Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive growth and revenue in the fire detection and gas suppression industry.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
Set clear goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for business development.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction with zero sales complaints.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in fire detection and gas suppression industry through networking, prospecting, and lead generation.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Develop and deliver persuasive sales pitches and proposals to secure new business.
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of fire detection and gas suppression systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments in the fire detection and gas suppression industry.
Innovate sales strategies to promote RSM Solutions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and business development initiatives.

Qualifications

Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Skills

Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the security industry
Knowledge of Guarding, Fire and Gas services
Proficiency in CRM software e.g. link unavailable, Microsoft Dynamics
Proven track record of sales success and leadership experience
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Registration with the Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSIRA)
Knowledge of Compliance with the Private Security Industry Act (200
Knowledge of Compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (2013)
Knowledge of Compliance with the Labour Relations Act (1995)

Salary/Package

R40K – R60K CTC
