Job Description

Your duties will encompass:

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering long-term trust and loyalty.
Properly on boarding of new clients.
Respond to inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, and digital platforms.
Manage and update client accounts
Troubleshoot and resolve non-complex technical issues and escalate complex matters to the appropriate technical teams.
Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and operations staff to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
Monitor client satisfaction metrics and initiate follow-ups to address concerns before they escalate.
Provide clear and concise product training to new clients, including basic technical walkthroughs.
Identify and act on opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on client needs.
Compile and present regular reports on client trends, service performance, and recurring technical issues.

Qualifications

Grade 12 / Matric (essential).
Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a technical field.

Skills

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a client services role within a technical industry.
Strong proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Drivers license
