SUMMARY:
A well-established company specialising in housing and developments is looking for an experienced PA/Secretary to provide professional support to three directors. Based in Randburg.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-level administrative support to three directors
Diary and calendar management, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and promptly
Preparing reports, meeting agendas, minutes, and presentations
Maintaining confidential records and filing systems
Coordinating internal and external meetings
Acting as a key liaison between the directors and stakeholders
Supporting ad hoc administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar PA or secretarial role
Previous experience supporting multiple senior stakeholders
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently with discretion and confidentiality
Confident, professional, and proactive approach
